We, Ayodhyatourstravels believe to support our customers in all ways possible. However, after booking the trip, sometimes the situation does not allow for the trip at the 11th hour that invites cancellation of trip by impossing penalty.
Please look at the below mentioned points about our trip cancellation policy
1. Pre payment of 25% is not refundable after 3 days of final booking. However, in case of advance payment more than 25% then cancellation should be done before 1 week of the day of trip.
2. Refund policy is NOT applicable after 1 week of final booking
3. In case of Economical MAP/CP/EP, (Accomodation + Meal in 2/3 Star Hotel ), please note that the refund will NOT be given.
4. In case of Elite MAP/CP/EP, (Accomodation + Meal in 4/5 Star Hotel ), please note that the hotel charges refund policy would be applied.
