- Full payment is due 15 day prior to departure

- Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
- Ayodhya tours travels is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documents
4. Travel Insurance
- Highly recommended to purchase travel insurance
5. Flight and Accommodation
- Flight and accommodation details are subject to change and as per travlers need.
- Ayodhya tours travels will notify customers of any changes
6. Liability and Responsibility
- Ayodhya tours travels acts as an agent for suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.)
- Ayodhya tours travels is not liable for supplier failures or defaults
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through judicial body.
- Governing law are applicable.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Ayodhya tours travels reserves right to update Terms and Conditions at any time
- Customers will be notified of changes
9. Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Ayodhya tours travels and customer.
